LongPack Games & Toys is currently looking for an overseas social media operations specialist !
Responsibilities
- In line with the company strategy of brand image and brand development marketing plan, build and strengthen our company brand through social media channels and digital marketing;
- Operation of social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc., including content creation and content planning, editing, proofreading and publishing;
- Improving overall content creation and report on analytics.
- KOL cooperation and management through overseas online media and social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedln, Youtube and etc.;
- According to branding and marketing events, creating social media calendar;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business need as well as coordinating with external content creation team for important posts/announcements.
- Utilize creative thinking to propose new marketing plans and be able to embrace challenges to work well under pressure
The ideal candidate will have…
- Good English proficiency with ability to create and deliver creative and original content; more than 2 years digital marketing experience in social media strategy and content creation preferred;
- Good aesthetics, able to cooperate with graphic designers and photographers to produce high-quality, creative pictures and video content;
- Strong communication and coordination ability, able to coordinate and promote the progress of the project internally, and able to communicate and cooperate with Internet influencers (KOCs, KOLs) externally;
- Strong technical understanding of and interest in the major international social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc; Knowledge of the internet and digital marketing; willing to learn new things;
- Active thinking, ability to generate creative ideas;
- Open minded, flexible and fast learning attitude and skills, independent thinking and strong self-development willingness;
- Skills as a good team player with strong sense of responsibility, ability to pay attention to details
- Strong business sense and result-driven.
